  	A History of Buckfield, Oxford County, Maine by C.F.Whitman (1915) reports that John Bisbee drowned 1810 in the Androscoggin River. No supporting documentation has been found. Maine, Wills and Probate Records, 1584-1999 for John Bisbee estate (administrator Ambros Bisbee), March-September, 1842. Estate was virtually bankrupt.
