I further give & bequeathy to Molly, Phedyma, Silvia, Almira & Jusityh, daughters of Mary Edson, their support & maintenance, & also their schooling until they are sixteen years of age, & to each of them a right in my house, as long as they shall respectively remain single. I appoint Isaac Alder 3td to be the sole executor to this my last will & testament, & refer him to a bond given to him in March 1817 by Ziba and Chandler Bisbee.
The above legacies to Rebecca, Patty & Olive to be paid in one year after my decease, & to Molly, Phedyma, Sylvia, Almira and Judith when they respectively arrive to the age of eighteen.
Whereas those will be due to me on the day of my decease from Ziba and Chandler Bisbee, the sum of five hundres Dollars, on hundred Dollars of which, I give to the above named Jefferson & Albert, in addition to what I have already given, to be paid to them when they shall respectively arrive to the age of twenty one. Of the remaining four hundred Dollars, it is my will that it should be disposed of as follows, viz that if either of the above named Molly, Phedyma, Silvia, Almira, or Judith, or Jefferson or Albert, should be any liability or bodily infirmity to be rendered incapable of carrying their support, that my executor, furish such disabled child with such part of the above fourhundred Dollars as he shall deem prudent, util the said disabled child shall arrive to the age of twenty one. But if no such casualty or bodily infirmity should happen, then the above named Ziba and Chandler are discharged from the payment of the above four hundre Dollars.
And I do further order & direct my above name executor to see that the conditions mentioned in the bond signed by Ziba & Changler Bisbee be executed on their part, agreeable to the spirit & intention of said bond. And I revode all former wills by me made; in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of August AD one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.// signed John Bisbee//
