son of Clifford Lawrence Proper and Edith Opal Bromley

Clarence L Proper, 39, of 129 Mead Ave, Corry, died at Corry Memorial Hospital Wednesday morning. He was admitted to the hospital early Tuesday. He was born April 21, 1936, in Corry, son of Clifford and Edith Bromley Proper. He was educated in Corry and was self-employed doing lawn and garden and custodial work. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Roberta Proper and Mrs Robert (Leona) McIntyre, both of Corry; four brothers, Lawrence R Proper of Warren, Harold G Proper of Clymer, NY, Richard T Proper of Waterford, and Gerald W Proper of Corry. A brother, Clifford E Proper, preceded him in death in 1962. Friends may call at the Bracken Funeral Home, Corry....and are invited to services there Friday at 2 pm with Rev Reed J Hurst of the First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
