The 1800 US Census for Vermont lists, "Joseph, Orwell, Rutland Co., 1 m. under 10; 1 m. 26 to 45 yrs. 1 fem. 26 to 45 yrs." Also, "Joseph Bisby New Haven, Vt. Rutland Co., 2 m. under 10; 1 m. 26 and under 45 yrs.; 1 fem. under 10 and 1 fem. under 45 yrs." Gerald G.
